I had an outstanding experience during my visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure my grandson and I had a great visit. Everyone was patient, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us. I especially want to recognizethe pedestrian. Did an excellent job keeping the area safe while also taking the time to make my grandson feel special. Their kindness, attentiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made our visit memorable. Thank you to the entire team for providing such exceptional customer service. It is employees like these that make us want to come back.

I recently visited Riverside Family Physicians with sister and was attended to by Dr. Jerath and their team. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care provided. Dr. Jerath was attentive, ensuring all of my child’s needs were met, and they took the time to answer every question I had. The team was professional, welcoming, and efficient, which made the entire experience stress-free. I left feeling confident in the quality of care and grateful for their support. I would rate the clinic and team 5 out of 5 stars for their exceptional service.

My mom sees the doctor here And today I want to give praise to NELLY B she went above and beyond for my mom she helped us with some programs and actually is willing to help my mom with her health she made me feel safe to have my mom there and dr farah almudhafar is wonderful too she shows concern for her patients And listens she’s a great doctor I am happy my mom has such a wonderful care team And doctor thank you Nelly Gabriela dianna And dr almudhafar you guys all make me feel so happy to know you guys truly care for your patients ❤️

I've been with Riverside Family Physicians for a little over two years and they are the best. They have a few doctors and if you can't be seen with your doctor they find away for you to be seen. They also have tella heath that is how I'm seeing my doctor now if you are looking for a new doctor call the first

My family and myself have been seeing Dr. Mahdi and his staff since my son was about 6 months old. My son is now graduating from high school. Our insurance plans have changed over the years and we keep choosing to use Dr. Mahdi and his staff. Throughout the years my husband and myself have had our share of medical problems and RFP have been awesome getting us to the specialist that we needed to see. I highly recommend Dr. Mahdi and his staff. I am very please with the services they provide my family and myself.

Great care from Dr, Mahdi and his staff. My family has been patients for more than 5 years. Our doctor visits are unhurried and through. We are able to make appointments in a timely manner. We receive phone calls from the staff and Dr . Mahdi himself when warranted. We are pleased and satisfied with the care we receive.

First time at this location (usually go to the Riverwalk office for myself and to a different dr.). My husband hadn't been to a doctor in a very long time. We saw Dr Ben Mahdi today. He was kind, patient, thorough and efficient. He put us both at ease and took his time with us. The LVN that brought us in was also very nice, kind and caring (Martha) - thorough too. The office was clean and comfortable to be in as well.
